The goal of the Ethiopian Kids Community (EKC) Summer Mehaber is to celebrate Ethiopian culture and nurture strong relationships between families with Ethiopian American children. Since our first summer picnic in 2005, we've grown to over 1200 people who come from 17 states and several countries.

It is simple, if 500 people in attendance at the Mehaber give $10 each, we can provide a complete well project for 500 people in an Ethiopian community that will last 20-25 years.
Water to Thrive is a faith-based, non-profit focused on providing sustainable access to clean, safe water for communities in rural Ethiopia that struggle everyday for a safe drink of water.
